Fatigue can creep up on you over time or seemingly out of nowhere. The most common causes of fatigue in aging adults are medical issues, sleep problems, emotional struggles, and poor lifestyle habits. When you’re exhausted it’s hard to live and enjoy the life you want to, which only causes additional stress and even more fatigue.
